I have in the past recommended friends that have moved in ..... would still do so if I knew someone looing

Its peaceful and no drama. I like that when I call for maintenance help, they are here and VERY Polite and Friendly...they have been a big help!

I would tell them it's an affordable place to live that's safe, clean, great customer service from the property management team, and has a terrific new workout room. Highly recommend it.

I would tell them they are nice apartments and I get prompt service from the office when I call them.

1. Nice groundmen. 2. Nice management. 3. It is very quiet there. 4. What I like is when something is wrong & we call, someone come by that day not weeks later. 5. And it is very clean out here.

Right at the moment I don't have an opinion but, from other friends who live or lived there had no problems at all. They have lived there for a few years and some are still living there.

It is a nice, quiet community with clean, high-quality residences. The complex keeps the grounds well-taken care of and maintenance requests are handled quickly and correctly.

Good apartments, nice management, does take care of complaints. Really needs to upgrade windows for all units, also upgrading heating and cooling units will save poor tenants from paying those outrageous gas/electric bills. Sorry to hear about raise of rental prices, feel like very expensive to live in this tough economy even in this small town of NJ.

great staff...staff does a great job at clearing up the sidewalks during snow...and when i need something done...its usually done within the same day
